Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. We are confident that with our understanding of personal finance, coupled with our training as financial professionals, we can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, we have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. We feel a commitment to our community.
Founder, Senior Wealth Advisor
As the Founder and Senior Wealth Advisor at Elevation Wealth Partners, I have had the privilege of working with clients for over 16 years. My guiding tenet is the belief that financial planning can benefit everyone, regardless of background or circumstances.I’m passionate about demystifying the landscape of finances and creating a clear path forward for my clients. What motivates me most is having an impact with clients and seeing their confidence build as they find success. Whether it's guiding clients towards a secure retirement or assisting them during significant life transitions, I find great satisfaction in being a part of their financial journey.
Before becoming a wealth advisor, I worked as a tax professional. My background in tax assists me to advise my clients to invest wisely and in a tax-smart way. I specialize in solving complex problems, allowing individuals and families to build wealth and retire without worrying about running out of money.
Over the course of my career, I have obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, the Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA) designation, the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and licenses to sell life and health insurance in New Mexico. My alma mater is the University of Bradford in the UK, and I began my career as a wealth advisor in 2007.
I firmly believe that a business can only serve its clients well when it is internally healthy. Therefore, I place a great deal of emphasis on investing in the development of my team. By ensuring that my team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, we can provide our clients with the highest quality of service possible. This investment also extends to the resources we use, as we continually seek to improve our tools and technology to better serve our clients.
Out of the office, I love to golf, cook, and, at the end of the day, make a top shelf margarita!
As a Paraplanner, my role is integral to the financial planning process at Elevation Wealth Partners. When it comes to my career, what I find most fulfilling is the ability to make a significant difference in people's lives during challenging times. Guiding clients through financial transitions, helping them find stability and peace of mind, is a responsibility I take to heart. I firmly believe that the greatest value I can provide to my clients is the patience and tenacity to break down complex financial tasks into manageable steps. By providing clear explanations and offering ongoing support, I strive to empower my clients to make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals.
Outside of the office, I lead a balanced lifestyle that allows me to recharge and engage with my community. I am an avid skier and frequently enjoy hitting the slopes at Ski Santa Fe. Additionally, I can often be found eating a green chile cheeseburger, a local favorite. Giving back to our community is also important to me, and I actively seek out opportunities to contribute and make a positive impact.
